Winter Looks Galore!

As winter is coming to a close, I'd like to share with you guys some last minute winter wardrobe ideas for the lingering cold weather.

First I would like to point out the layering of clothing I provided for these examples. As you lay on the layers, you add dynamic substance to your look. The more texture and pattern you have on your articles of clothing, the less layering you need.

The first outfit has a beautiful zebra patterned coat on top of an outrageous floral skirt. And underneath we have these sweet heart shaped tights. Because we have so much pattern, you only need the basics layers to keep you warm and a one-toned piece to bring the outfit together like the black top void of pattern.

Now, the third from the left is a good example of a lot of layering without all of the pattern. You still make a statement without the crazy color or a single pattern. The bottom piece (the dress) layers on top of itself. Add a cozy drape-y jacket on top of it. The drape effect will double the layering facade. Adding the gold belt will provide a dash of color and variation in lines making the outfit as a whole more pleasing to the eye.

You can even experiment with the boots with layering. Just add some comfy tall socks that will peek over your boots. And Voila! There you have it: A layered look that'll induce double takes on the street.
